Wrong size or change of mind
Unused items in their original packaging, with tags attached, may be returned or exchanged. Contact us with your order number before sending anything back.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us with photos as soon as you receive it and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Items that cannot be returned
For hygiene and safety reasons, used items, custom-made or personalised items, and items sold as final sale cannot be returned unless faulty.
Refunds
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method once we have received and checked the returned item.
